Simple and welcoming
How does an online event work?
Think of it like a Facebook group where makers showcase their creations and shoppers connect with them directly—all without leaving home.
Join the event
Approved makers join the Facebook group. Vendors can prepare and schedule posts during the week before an event.
Post & connect
Show clear photos, product descriptions, prices, and how to order. Engage with shoppers and other makers.
Sell & ship
Buyers contact makers directly. Each vendor handles payment, shipping and order follow-up, and keeps their sales.
The essentials
A few important vendor guidelines
- Products must be handmade by the participating maker; USA and Canadian makers only.
- Vendor payment is generally due the Sunday before the event, unless we’ve arranged something else.
- The vendor group opens one week before the event to help makers prepare posts.
- Participate, respond to shoppers, and support fellow vendors.
- Keep promotions within the designated event; do not advertise outside events in the group.
- Refer to the vendor packet for the complete rules, including prize-wheel details.

📘 Private vendor training group
A place for current and past vendors to learn about posts, engagement, product presentations, and event participation. Invitations are arranged by Dawn.
💻 Zoom vendor training
Our September 21 training was recorded, and another training session is being planned. Ask me for the recording or the next training details.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the shopping event happen?
In a Facebook group. Shoppers browse posts and connect directly with the makers who created the products.
Do I have to go live on video?
No. Vendors can share photo posts, videos, introductions, engagement posts or lives according to the event guidelines.
Who handles payments and shipping?
Each vendor handles their own orders, payment methods and shipping. The buyer usually pays shipping unless the vendor has included it in the price.
How do I apply?
